About our privacy policy
Worktrainer cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data we need for (the improvement of) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Worktrainer. The effective date for the validity of these terms is 24/10/2022, with the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what information about you is collected by us, what this information is used for, and with whom and under what conditions, if any, this information may be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data from misuse and what rights you have in relation to the personal data you provide to us. Webshop software
CCVshop
Our online store is developed with software from CCVshop. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. CCVshop has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. CCVshop is obliged by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. CCVshop uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. CCVshop reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve services.
Web hosting

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from CCVshop. CCVshop processes personal information on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. CCVshop has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. CCVshop is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
E-mail and mailing lists
MailChimp
We send our email newsletters using MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of its services and to share information with third parties in connection therewith.
Office365
We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Klarna
For handling (part of) the payments in our online store we use the platform of Klarna. Klarna processes your name, address and residence details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna has appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and in this context (anonymized) data to share with third parties. In the case of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility) Klarna shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Klarna's service for which they engage third parties. Klarna will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory periods.

Shipping and logistics
DHL
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to make the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence data with DHL. DHL only uses this data for the purpose of executing the contract. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL also makes your data available to these parties.
DPD
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of DPD to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence data with DPD. DPD only uses these data for the purpose of executing the agreement. Invoicing and accounting

Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. That is, the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data - other than at your request - to contact you at a later time, we will ask you explicit permission to do so. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality by virtue of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data

Retention periods
We will retain your information for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. We are required by applicable administrative requirements to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for the duration of the applicable term. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced as a result of your assignment.

In principle, to prevent misuse, we only send copies and transcripts of your data to your e-mail address already known to us. Order fulfillment
Data you enter when placing an order or sending a message are processed by CCVshop. CCVshop ensures a security level appropriate to the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. We keep statistics on the use of our web store. With these statistics, we improve our web store to show only relevant information, for example. For this we use your name and address. We do this based on your permission. We save this information for six weeks.

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your phone number and name and address. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response.
You can subscribe to our newsletter. It contains news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Through your account you can also unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe via the portal. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data will be kept until you cancel the subscription.
Your account
Certain areas of our web store require you to register first. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. Under no circumstances do we give your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand it in case of suspected crime). Our web store contains social media buttons. With these, the operators of these services collect your personal data.
Evaluation / review
60 days after ordering, you will receive an email from Worktrainer asking you to review the product. The e-mail will contain hyperlinks to the products purchased on our website. If desired, you can leave a review. Reviews are placed without approval of Worktrainer. If you wish to edit or remove the review after it has been posted, please contact Worktrainer.
